Develops and implements all asset protection, shortage control, unit system accuracy and risk management programs in assigned distribution facility.

Primary Responsibilities:

·         Manages the hiring, training and retaining programs of the Loss Prevention staff for assigned distribution center within budgetary guidelines.

·         Implements and maintains shortage control, risk management and unit system accuracy operational standards and programs in conjunction as directed.

·         Implements and maintains auditing program to measure unit accuracy and shortage control within the distribution facility.

·         Responsible for the physical inventory process in assigned distribution center.

·         Maintains physical control of distribution center and transportation equipment continuously.

Swetka's Tennis Shop was first opened for business in 1969 by Alex and Sally Swetka. Both avid tennis players, Alex and Sally saw the need for a retail tennis store amid the tennis boom of the late '60's and early '70's. They continue to be active in the game, with Alex having won over 50 national titles. In 2007, Alex won the Grand Slam in the 90's age group. He won the singles titles at the four major national tournaments played on clay, grass, hard court and indoor surfaces. Swetka's Tennis Shop continues to be a family-owned and family-operated business as son John, also an accomplished player, has been running the business for the last 20 years. In 2005, Swetka's Tennis Shop was named one of the Top 10 Tennis Shops in the country by RSI, and then in Nov. 2006 was named the #1 Tennis Shop in the nation.
